Matrimonial Law Basics
Program Description
This full-day practical skills program is designed for all attorneys, whether newly-admitted or experienced, seeking a fundamental but practical overview of handling all aspects of a matrimonial matter. The topics presented are the most frequently addressed issues in a matrimonial action and the program will include an overview of the recent major changes in law governing equitable distribution and spousal maintenance.
