Program Description
Lawyers face many challenges in their day-to-day practice. Included among them are how to obtain business, how to get paid once you have the business and how to discern whether you can take or stay in a case when a conflict arises. Applying the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, precedent and bar association opinions, two ethics and professionalism practitioners will discuss the applicable practical and ethical concerns that come into play when dealing with these issues.
