This introductory program will provide attendees with a foundational understanding of the major issues confronted in an elder law and special needs practice.  Designed as a basics course, the program will cover the fundamentals of document drafting, Medicare and Medicaid eligibility, and special needs issues.  The program will provide a basic foundation in elder law and special needs practice preparing them to attend intermediate and eventually advanced-level classes and sustaining their growth as elder law and special needs practitioners.
