This program introduces the basics of cell phone forensics for both civil and criminal attorneys. It covers the realities of cell phone forensics and the cellular data analysis widely used in criminal and civil cases to “place” a person at a particular location based on their cell phone usage, about which all attorneys, both civil and criminal, need to be knowledgeable in order to effectively represent and advise their clients.
