This program will comprehensively review what is universally accepted as the most important aspect of matrimonial practice: drafting motions.  The program will cover motion practice at every stage of a case from jurisdictional and venue challenges to enforcement motions.  Also, included in this program will be an examination of the ethical considerations appendant to various motions, such as those to be relieved or seeking charging and retaining liens.
