This program addresses the consequences flowing from the breakdown of a transaction due to non-payment of a debt. The program covers the tools provided by the CPLR to enforce money judgments and how to avoid the numerous pitfalls that hinder attorneys from collecting money on behalf of their clients. The panel also focuses on many of the most significant ethical obligations of attorneys doing battle in the debtor/creditor law arena.
