This program addresses the consequences flowing from the breakdown of a transaction due to non-payment of a debt. Attorneys will learn how to use the tools provided by the New York Civil Practice Laws and Rules to enforce money judgments and how to avoid the numerous pitfalls that hinder attorneys from collecting money on behalf of their clients. Those in attendance will receive ethics credit, as the panel will focus on many of the most significant ethical obligations of attorneys doing battle in the debtor/creditor law arena.
