This practice-oriented half-day program homes in on the specific provisions of the CPLR with which matrimonial lawyers must be familiar in order to develop, protect and advance their cases. In particular, the CPLR's disclosure devices, and how the practitioner should use them in matrimonial cases, are addressed.
