Drafting to Avoid Elder Abuse 2017 (Audio Only)

There has been a recent uptick in elder abuse by family members and fiduciaries.  This program is designed for attorneys who are estate planners and elder law practitioners and will address the essence of the abuse cases to determine how best "to nip abuse in the bud."  This program will focus on the "dos and don'ts" of drafting essential, fundamental estate documents including  wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney and trusts. The program will also address the fiduciary duty of attorneys to their elder/incapacitated clients.
