Program Description
This unique program offers two sessions on the latest developments in art and technology law. The first program will provide an introduction to the burgeoning technologies of virtual and augmented reality, including the chance to experience VR firsthand. Listen to distinguished legal practitioners and industry experts as they discuss topics including VR/AR agreements, distribution and exhibition, applications and end uses of VR/AR, and more. The second program provides a thorough analysis of the practice of art law transactions, including gallery contracts, IP concerns, and authenticity issues. Our expert faculty will review the skills necessary to represent the artist, the dealer, the buyer, and the seller.
