Description
This session covers the various types of supplemental needs trusts, including third-party trusts and payback trusts. It will consider both testamentary and living trusts within this context and advantages or disadvantages of actually funding the trust during life. Given the statutory implications of these trusts, actual drafting issues will receive special attention.
