Ethics and Professional Conduct (2011)

This year, after two full years interpreting our new Rules of Professional Conduct, this program offers an “update” regarding recent developments in New York legal ethics and will consider a wide array of realistic ethical problems that illustrate the most important changes in New York's ethics rules and in particular, those most perplexing and most frequently encountered.
