Lawsuits stemming from fires and explosions are on the rise. Every day there are new reports of fires causing injury or damages, both in residential and commercial properties, and a variety of lawsuits may stem from those fires as potential clients seek representation.
This program will familiarize attorneys with the basic principles of handling fire and explosion cases, along with the potential issues, theories and defenses typical in these cases, from both plaintiff and defense perspectives. Seasoned faculty will also highlight strategies for inspections and use of experts, including a moderated panel of experts typically utilized in these cases.
