Description
Green building laws, certification programs and related legal issues for tenants, contractors, architects and owners representatives are key considerations for the real estate and construction law practitioner. This program focuses on the nuts and bolts of the green issues impacting the legal practitioner and includes discussion of insurance issues posed by building green. The faculty also focuses on a case study of construction of a green building identifying areas of potential liability and discussing ways to minimize exposure and litigation.
