7.5 Total MCLE Credits: 5.0 Professional Practice; 2.0 Skills; 0.5 Ethics
This program will provide attendees with an excellent overview of how to represent a DWI defendant and will focus on the intricacies of handling a DWI case in New York. While the DWI on Trial -- Big Apple program focuses on advocacy and trial tactics, this program focuses on the law pertaining to DWI cases. The curriculum is specifically designed to address those areas of law that lawyers must know in order to effectively represent their clients.
