Learn the duties and responsibilities of corporate counsel when responding to criminal or other illegal conduct by a corporation and its members.  The experienced faculty will discuss examples of the most common contact law enforcement has with corporations and how to handle those situations including proactive internal investigations and internal investigations running contemporaneously, or in response to, an ongoing law enforcement investigation. Learn practical tips to mitigate business disruption when there is law enforcement contact as well as some of the current trends in the law enforcement/regulatory arena.
