With current statistics showing an increasing number of first, second, and third marriages ending in divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements have taken center stage in the lives of many individuals and are utilized not only in divorce but often serve as the blueprint for estate planning during life as well as death.  This program is designed for the beginner as well as the advanced practitioner, both in and out of state, and will showcase an experienced faculty who will guide attendees through the fundamentals of drafting viable pre and postnuptial agreements.
