Litigating the Products Liability Case (2013)

This program will cover the current state of the law in the products liability area while also providing expert practical advice in all aspects of prosecuting and defending a products liability case. Well-balanced and highly accomplished faculties will present the Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ perspective relative to theories of the case, discovery and motion practice, together with trial strategy and tactics. In addition each location will feature a presentation by a seasoned mediator discussing the ever increasing use of mediation in products cases.
