The program will introduce attorneys to the intricacies of New York State solemn form of probate. Jessica R. Amelar, Principal Court Attorney in the New York County Surrogate’s Court, will review probate forms issued by the New York State Uniform Court System and discuss situations in which a petitioner may be asked to supplement the standard submissions.
