This program offers a comprehensive selection of topics critical to not-for-profit practitioners including formation, tax, board governance, fundraising and fiscal management.  The program is designed for both lawyers new to the area and for more experienced practitioners with topics ranging from the basics to current hot topics including lobbying, advocacy and crowd funding.  Representatives from the New York Attorney General’s Charities Bureau will present on the role of the Attorney General.
