Interacting as a lawyer with an “entrepreneurial” company differs substantially from interactions with more traditional corporate clients.
This course explores the business lawyer's role as an advisor to entrepreneurial businesses and their owners. The program highlights the environment of the entrepreneur to allow lawyers to go beyond problem-spotting mode into problem-solving mode, and recognition of the “business answer” along with the “legal answer,” to come up with the best solutions for clients.
