Entrepreneurs are not normal businesspeople. Lawyers who represent them cannot serve them the way those lawyers do their "normal" business clients. Indeed, in the entrepreneurial, more risk-taking context, the relationship of the lawyer and the businessperson is often so intertwined that a competent lawyer must have a different approach to that business. This course highlights how to serve entrepreneurs well, and the risks, professional and otherwise, that the entrepreneurs and their lawyers face working with each other.
