Description
This program addresses evidence problems encountered in pre-trial hearings and trials. Practitioners will be exposed to up-to-date cases causing changes in handling courtroom evidence, new methods for strategically using evidence rules to obtain favorable rulings and methods for advancing evidence rules and avoiding harmful rulings. The program utilizes a practical approach to using New York Evidence rules as part of overall trial preparation.
