This program will walk the practitioner through the process of structuring the purchase and development of a brownfield property, including contract provisions, the processes with the Department of Environmental Conservation and other agencies, and the closing on the deal. The program will survey the Brownfield Cleanup Program, and will include a detailed examination of relevant contract provisions, including due diligence, future liability, and development approvals.
