Program Description
This program will provide attendees with a practical approach to incorporating the most common animal related issues animal law practitioners face every day into one's existing practice, as well as provide invaluable tips and advice for the seasoned practitioner. The program will also provide an in depth analysis of not for profit corporations law, with particular focus on forming and advising animal related organizations. Among the topics to be addressed are state and federal filings of not for profits; tax implications; different types of not for profit corporations; do's and don'ts of formation and bylaws; obligations of Board of Directors; and much more!

Gregory M. Dennis, Esq.actively represents veterinarians in Kansas and Missouri and is commonly consulted by attorneys throughout the United States and from other countries on legalsubjects pertaining to veterinary medicine. He is actively engaged in the practice of law in a wide and diverse range of legal subjects including extensive involvement and experience in veterinary medical and animal law. Mr. Dennis is extensively published and has presented more than 180 articles and presentations on veterinary law and animal law.
