Description
This program, from the Trusts and Estates Law Section's Spring 2011 Meeting,focuses on drafting techniques that promote flexibility when preparing trusts, and then having the tools to make adjustments if the trust's terms and operation turn out to be inconsistent with the creator's objectives or with the current economic or tax goals of the beneficiaries. Also included in the program is coverage of the recent changes toFlorida's Homestead Law and post-death challenges to marriages and spousal rights underFlorida law.
